PAINT~STRETCH~PLAY : An Artistic Adventure
Nosara, Costa Rica • January 11-16, 2020
Join us for 6 magical days painting landscapes in one of the most beautiful natural settings in the world – Nosara, Costa Rica!
PAINT: Master Artist, Sonya Sklaroff, will guide us in the fundamentals of plein air landscape oil painting while empowering us to listen to our artistic voices within. Two 3-hour painting excursions each day to different stunning mountain, beach and jungle locations.
STRETCH: We’ll start each morning with gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation to awaken our senses and tap into our creative core. Evenings will end with a special meditation or silent jungle walk.
PLAY: A host of adventure activities will be available each day: surfing lessons, horseback riding, zip lining, and stand up paddling. Or you may choose to spend time relaxing on a secluded beach or beside our lovely pool.
Whether you’re a serious artist or you’ve never painted before, start your year being inspired from the inside and out! Paint, stretch, play with us in our own jungle wonderland.
