We are a team of dedicated psychotherapists who uniquely integrate talk psychotherapy, somatic-based psychotherapy and creative arts therapies to help you reach, embody and live your goals. Whether you choose to work with us in traditional (Talk) Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, Dance-Movement Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, or most likely an integrated combination, our aim is to provide for you a refuge to express, explore and embrace your deepest truths, to gain clarity and build resilience, find balance and direction, and be able to feel more at home in your body and in your life. Our aim is to help you live your life more authentically, with more courage and connection, more peace, presence, purpose and passion.
During these uncertain times, with anxiety, depression, loneliness, and grief chipping away at us, getting extra support is especially vital.
