    Welcome!

It is with great joy we introduce to you Grater Therapy Group, Integrative Psychotherapy honoring mind, body and the creative spirit.

We are a team of psychotherapists who uniquely blend traditional talk psychotherapy with creative arts therapies and bodymind healing arts like yoga and meditation for a holistic approach to personal exploration, restoration, and transformation. Whether you choose to work with us in Talk Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, Dance-Movement Therapy, Yoga Therapy, or a combination, our aim is to provide a refuge for you to express, explore and discover your deepest truths, gain clarity and build resilience, find balance and direction, and to live more authentically, with more courage and connection, presence, purpose and passion.

During these uncertain times, with anxiety, depression, loneliness, and grief chipping away at us, getting extra support is especially vital. Honoring and engaging ALL of you – mind, body and spirit – is not just a luxury, but paramount for creating and maintaining health, healing and personal growth.

Welcome to our practice! We are open and accepting new clients via telehealth psychotherapy and look forward to being in-person soon, along with continuing to offer hybrid and the option to stay virtual ongoing.

Art Therapy engages the creative source inherent in each of us to enhance the therapy process when words alone are not enough. Each session becomes a natural unfolding of discovery.

Let's connect online and get started!

    Ricki Grater, Clinical Director

Hello and welcome! I’ve created Grater Therapy Group to offer a spectrum of creative and healing arts psychotherapies to address the growing need for quality and affordable mental health care. I’ve brought together a group of passionate psychotherapists who I trust to give their utmost care and expertise to each of their clients. As Clinical Director, I am hands-on (behind the scenes) and oversee every client’s progress. Please explore all we have to offer, which will soon be both in-person and virtual.

As for me, in addition to being a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW), I am also a dance-movement therapist (BC-DMT) and yoga therapist (C-IAYT), so our work together may include meditation, breathwork, body-based explorations or yogic technologies in addition to traditional talk psychotherapy. My clinical experience spans over 25 years and I have worked with the full-range of issues that adults may face. Whatever your goals and aspirations, I will bring my presence, compassion, and wisdom to help you reach them.

Thank you for visiting our site and if it feels like a good fit, reach out today to connect with one of our therapists.
