Whether you choose to work with us in Traditional (Talk) Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, Dance-Movement Therapy, Yoga Therapy, or most likely an integrated combination, our aim is to provide a refuge to express, explore and embrace your deepest truths, gain clarity and build resilience, find balance and direction, and gain new insights and new skills, so that you can live your life more authentically, with more courage and connection, and more peace, presence, purpose and passion.
